Low acid one flavor is not good enough to make me give up regular “acidity” .I was excited about trying to try Hydration, but they were out of stock so customer service was extremely helpful and they accommodated me. I’ll ge tro try it soon. This company has always done well with customer service . Prices are high so special occasions I wil buy now ”

“ My first order with VitaCup was placed after a lengthy search for Decaf, Organic, Low Acid coffee for my best friend. She has a kidney disease and her urologist told her it's the only coffee she can have. I ordered the wrong kind! I got the caffinated kind. I notified the company and asked if I can swap it. They told me to keep the order and they would ship out what I actually meant to order...at no charge! I decided to try the caffonated kind and WOW..this is some great tasting coffee! Now, it looks like VitaCip gained not 1 but 2 new happy customers!!! Great coffee! Great customer service! ”
