“Dear sirs, Even if I'n very happy with the great juices I now can make (plus, the juicer is easier to clean that. i expected) , some weeks ago the small yellow part inside broke. I am attaching a photo of it. I did not strain it or put too much force on it... It is a pity because now I am afraid of losing it Is there any chance I could receive replacement for it? “Va bastante bien, pero encuentro que deja ir bastante pulpa aún seguiendo todos vuestros consejos del manual. Y le falta la pieza para poder hacer los helados.”

“Estoy contenta con la máquina pero la pulpa de algunos alimentos la elimina húmeda todavía y tengo que recogerla y volverla a meter. El servicio técnico ha respondido muy bien por el problema que tuve y eso es algo a tener en cuenta al adquirir un aparato. El filtro del aparato está perdiendo el color metálico en algunas zonas y eso no me gusta pues considero que se acaba mezclando con los ingredientes. La limpieza se hace en 3 minutos y el cepillito que trae viene de perlas.”

“Hola... Estoy muy contenta con mi extractor, la única pega que le veo es que las gomas enseguida se estropean y el cesto que filtra se me partió y tengo que usar el que tiene los agujeros más grandes y no me gusta tanto. No se si vendría defectuoso, pero se rompió con muy poco uso... Por lo demás, lo utilizo a diario...”

“I like my juice cold press but some cons: - I think its a little tiresome to clean it. - Some times, there are a lot of fruit and vegetable traces. It suits me... but I guess it's not fine for everybody. - The fiber exit collapses quickly - Generally I can't fill all the jar all at once, because the press body has a lot of traces inside. I need to clean it, and start again.”
