“Hello, it was very nice to have online chat with customer service to let me know the status of my order. I was disappointed that since the moment I place my order until I receive it not a single e-mail was sent to me about the status of my order or delivery information. Delivery was fast, 3 days after I order. I hope that in the future they can keep customers aware of delivery time to be sure that you are home to receive your package. Thank you!”

“L'extracteurde jus reçu dans les temps et fonctionne bien. Je ne pourrai donner un jugement définitif que dans 2 ou 3 ans , comme le produit est garanti à vie pour le moteur et 5 ans pour les autres pièces . Le prix payé, qui est cher, ne peut se justifier que si le produit est solide, fiable et dure aussi longtemps que la garantie annoncée.”

“Bonjour, colis très bien emballé, envoi rapide, matériel facile à monter, les jus sont très bons, je peux passer céleri, salade, épinards. Le nettoyage un peu long, mais je passe de l'eau avant de le démonter, et c'est mieux pour nettoyer, un seul bémol je ne sais pas si les plastiques jaunes à l'intérieur sont très solides et garantis ?”
