We had a very prompt response from Steven and although the picture was delayed longer than anticipated and the delivery kept shifting, when I contacted Steven I always got an almost immediate response from him which served to reassure me that the picture would eventually be delivered.

Item was dispatched but hasn't been received. Asked for an update twice issue seems to be with evri. Either way it's been nearly 2 weeks, paid for express delivery and still it hasn't arrived. No one is giving clear explanation of when it may arrive or what happens next
