“Hi. I want to congratulate you on this digital possibility to learn English. I paid for the two opportunities to learn in my center and to learn in-house. But after all, I think it's also good to study and do the encounters and the social club from my home... I think this experience would be better if there were fewer people in the group . We would also most opportunities to speak. Three people for an hour it's the best solution if you want really to permit everyone to speak more. Thank you to consider my suggestions. And thank you to be attentive to our opinions. Bye. I want to add something else because I had this problem many times. At the end of every lesson, I have to write a little text, and sometimes I hadn't enough ideas to finish or there is a problem of connexion , and when I return to the lesson to finish writing my text, I found nothing and I have to rewrite all. I think it would be good if you can give us the possibility to save the draft.”

“Le personnel est top,, côté pédagogie,relationnel et professionnel je n ai rien à dire parceque c super.. Peut être au niveau de la planification,on doit donner plus d importance aux thèmes choisis, plus d ateliers pour pratiquer l anglais. C vrai que la plateforme est super,,mais l amelioration linguistique évolue mieux avec les ateliers de communication directe. Un social club + complementary class doivent être obligatoire chaque semaine pour mieux évoluer. Sinon bravo et bne chance Thank you wissem for your excellent job and your energy .”

“+Les coachs ,les tuteurs ,les formateurs sont sympas +la plateforme est bonne avec parfois quelques dysfonctionnements (mémorisation du travail, gestion des discussions...) -necessité d'ajouter d'autres fonctionnalités à la plateforme -nécessité d'éliminer le seuil des encounters par mois : tu as finis le module donc tu passes l'examen”

“I'm tutored by Ghassen which have the right skills to deliver the best service. I'm not too satisfied in the platform, we face multiple problems. I'm not too good with encounters frequency, we may see more encounters to be on them (problem related to platform I think). The social clubs are not too fruitful, you may stand one hour listen to one person. I enjoy complementary classes. The content was awesome.”

“Hello WSE team. I am very excited to have the experience of learning English with Wall Street English. I thank the whole team for their support and accompaniment with a special thank to my tutor Khaoula and Mongi who are always at my disposal and have supported me a lot. Also I really appreciated the learning method. The only negative point was the covid and especially during the periods of curfew which deprived us of attending in the presence especially for the social club and the complementary courses. This unfortunately impacted my progress. And for that I suggest that you extend the period of my subscription by one month for the confinement period, especially since my subscription did not allow me to attend remotely. looking forward to seeing you.
