“ I was very pleased with the Japan vacation planned by Wayfairer for my two teenagers and me. My travel agent knew Japan extremely well and planned out a very memorable vacation for us. Everything was carefully and thoughtfully planned out to make things as seamless as possible for us as we traveled between four different cities. Once the trip was planned, our assigned concierge helped us with the final preparations for the trip, and we had a zoom meeting a week before the trip to go over the itinerary and make sure we didn't have any questions. Once in Japan, we continued to receive timely and helpful support from our concierge, and the ground team. They were also very helpful to make last minute accommodation and transfer changes for us when our outbound flight was delayed by a day, and helped us arrange an extra day in Tokyo at the end of the trip. I'm very happy with the service received from Wayfairer! ”

“ Our trip was really well planned with Etienne answering my hundreds of questions and helping to tailor our special holiday to exactly what we wanted. Though not local he was very knowledgeable and asked questions of locals where there were queries he didn't have immediate answers to. On the trip the support was excellent, both Etienne and Aggie were just a quick text away and checking in to make sure all was going well. It made it really easy to sit back and enjoy the moment, knowing we were in good hands. When we had flight delays and were wondering if we would make it to our next destination, I felt happy knowing that they would organise something lovely for us if things didn't go to plan.
