“Where do I start. Horrible service.
A month ago they froze my bank account, asking for proof of my tax refunds, and notice if assessments for payment the government deposited into my account by direct deposit. I was in shock. I had no money to gas my car or buy a coffee for 4 days while they reviewed my documents.
I complied with all requests and was subjected to a nightmare of issues: rejected my car and insurance payments.
