“Overall service good . Product which I received today- Dedra X-profi 1200- huge mistake. Based of cutter made from thin aluminium plate , honestly I don't even try to use it will probably bend if I will try to cut 120 cm porcelain tile . I will have to return this cutter .”
“Bought a diamond core bit and providing you keep it flooded with water as i am works great with minimal wear. I have currently drilled 18 holes through 20mm porcelain with no visible sign of wear”

This person was very prompt to reply to questions and never pressured me into one thing or another. Asked relevant questions (albeit basic questions as my requirements are basic) and listened to my thoughts on what I would like. Asked if he might make a suggestion and detailed something that he felt would meet all my needs. I looked into the item and decided to purchase it. Of course ultimately it relies on the product performing to the expected standard when it arrives which I anticipate to be in the next day or so. I'm a competent DIYer and was treated as such.
