I first contacted Logoverse INC 6 days ago, and paid $19 for their basic logo design package. I was connected with a salesman that has called, texted, and emailed me constantly since placing the order. As expected, there were many attempts on his part to upsell other services. His english is rough, but with lots of clarification, I was able to receive a just mock up, nothing more, of my logo 5 days after placing my order. It has now been 6 days and I have yet to receive legitimate JPEG or vector files of my logo. It is also worth noting that ever since sharing my email and phone number with this company, I’ve experienced a massive incline in spam phone calls and emails from random locations.
