“I paid for a website to be built back in Nov 2020. I've been through more than 4 developers and to this date 10/6/2021 I do not have a working website. My contact page does not work. I was asked to pay an extra $400 for 'optimization' before it went live. They said the website would be very slow if I did not, even though I had hired and paid them for hosting service for the next 3 years with no mention of further 'fees'.
