“I am absolutely delighted with riise. I love the fact that it is tailored to my needs AND VEGAN! I was so fed up always looking for supplements, finding out some weren't vegan and then having to start all over again. For me, it is a very pleasant sensory experience, the little spheres are very fun to ingest and have an interesting, novel taste - they taste "supplement-y" but in a good way. I've only been taking riise for 2 weeks at this point but I do notice my mood has evened out and I no longer get energy lows in the middle of my day. I also sleep so well now. Maybe too well, I fall asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow. I'm having surgery in three weeks and I expect everything to go well. “As I started getting ridges in my nails, I figured I'd benefit from a good quality multi vitamin. I'm already prescribed high strength vit D by my physician and I liked that I could include the higher dosage in my riise specification rather than taking multiple pills. I'm just finishing the first delivery and already my nails are back to normal and I seem to be maintaining my Vit D levels ok (bloods will hopefully prove that). I really like that I have the opportunity to tweak the different levels of vitamins and minerals in the future if I need to. I just take the doses with a drink, and that works for me.
