“Checked reviews and went with buying a refurbished phone from weselltek. Wish I had not, Phone arrived and I was eager to unpack and use. Should be simple but the phone is entirely in Chinese with no other options. What the hell, Telephoned using the contact details on the invoice. Spoke to Martyn and asked to send pictures via email. Did so, Another chat on the phone which was no help. Told that they don't sell Chinese phones yet thats what I have. Advised to send back for refund so just a hassle. Why do they not check phones by turning them on before shipping I don't know nor did Martyn. Bad experience for me.”

“I looked at your reviews and they were good, so I ordered a phone that was supposed to be good. Most of the reviews said that they ordered a that said good and it turned out to be excellent. Mine turned out to be fair there were scratches at the top of the screen. I can only describe it as someone had used sad paper and rubbed it over the top centimeter of the phone. I was quite disappointed but as it only cost £230 I decided to keep it. I just hope that my grandaughter doesn't complain.”
