“I ordered too late in afternoon for dispatch that day, but unit arrived 2nd working day - so was effectively next-day delivery. Order tracking on website would have saved me a phone call, but otherwise can't fault the process. The replacement alternator was as described and has got the car running again. The price was very competitive, so what more could you want. 5 stars!”

“Excellent service. Needed alternator for my old Lexus but made I made an error with my order. West Lancs were more than helpful sorting it out for me and correct one was on it's way the next day. I was kept up to date with deliveries and returns. Can't fault the service.”

“Hi found website sent a couple of emails for the starter motor I wanted (just double checking) telephoned all sorted in minutes ,received it within 48 hours everything went smoothly really chuffed thankyou west lancs.”

“Goods not despatched "same day" as stated on web site. Was needed as vehicle was off the road Quality product @ excellent price Now had both alternator & starter motor for the company with no complaints of quality, only thing that let them down was delivery, eg not despatched same day of ordering”

However if it has passed the cut off time for collection by the couriers this is not always possible.
