“Totally detached from the customer. Luckily the product sells itself. Asked to come up and wait only to be told it’s wait outside in the freezing cold. Then to be told their was a cost a mile a way. I informed them of my meeting at 11:30. I’m still waiting it now going on 1pm.

“BEWARE: If you have had a service done here recently, go check your oil and air filter and make sure they are clean, This dealer should NOT be trusted. They recently carried out a (pre-paid contract) “service” on our car, reset the service indicator light and told us it was competed. Upon checking NOTHING had been done. They claim it was an accident, but it was the last in a 7 month fiasco of a warranty issue with this very incompetent dealership. First we had a headlight issue of them not coming on, which is a serious safety issue. We drove over 100 miles from Dumfriesshire having booked in, and they didn’t even have the part in stock and sent us away. After they eventually repaired it, and another issue of the fuel level showing incorrect, both issues recurred within a week of the “repair”. Several other visits occurred, and eventually we were then told the car was out of warranty and these “repairs” would not be honoured by the very rude, and condescending service manager. Eventually after many months and countless emails to MB customer service they finally agreed to fix it. Hopefully these repairs have now been done. However, they then did not do the above service (until we called them on it!). We’re still not sure if this is fraud and corner cutting or just sheer incompetence. It is shameful customer service from a premium brand dealership in a major city, and oversight from MB customer service was almost as lacking. After 20 years of loyalty to MB, we will now be going to Audi for our next car. Be careful when choosing this dealership and for your own sake, double check any work they say they did.
