“Ordered 200 "Wigglies" arrived in strong secure packaging within about two days, put them on the top soil, and they "DISAPPEARED" not been seen since,I'm contemplating sending a search party but I feel really confident that they are really happy Wigglies and doing what they enjoy ☺️”

“I've been a very happy repeat purchaser of live mealworms from Wiggly Wigglers for over 10 years. My garden birds, especially the robins, are very happy regular consumers. I highly recommend this excellent business and its products and service. I have received dozens of parcels of live mealworms from WW. On the one occasion that I received a parcel which had not travelled well, it was immediately replaced without quibble. Very impressive!”

“The birds enjoy the seed mix's which I buy from Wiggly Wigglers and I find that they are good quality, which means that the birds leave nothing at the end of the day.”

“Worms arrived well packaged and were very lively - wriggly you might say. Positioned them in raised bed ( for vegtables only) and they dived down into the soil. Obviously cannot see them as I do not dig so cannot comment further.”

I’m very sorry about this - we have a live worm guarantee so we will replace without any hassle. We hate our worms to have problems - and it’s rare but just occasionally a batch does go wrong - usually getting warm in transit.

“I met Helen at an event on her farm. Her knowledge and passion is incredibly infectious. I purchase 2x Bokashi buckets (as shown in photo), as well as earthworms and composting worms to enhance my soil at home. The buckets are very easy to set up and feel heavy duty and incredible quality. I cannot wait to get started on this journey”

“Communication very poor I contacted the company with a legitimate query, which the supplier requests in their main page, before writing a review. I had unexpectedly received very small to minute mealworms, so out of loyalty, I emailed with enquiry. I did not expect to read the letters ‘FYI’ as if written by a preteen with attitude. With no apology, offer of solution or reassurance. Instead I was basically told, you get what you get. There are plenty of other long standing professional suppliers of mealworms. I tried to support this company but customers are not valued or respected. Wiggly wigglers ‘FYI’ your unprofessional approach and lack of customer care lost you a regular customer!!”

I’m really sorry to read this review for the following reasons. You worms are guaranteed to reach you in tip top condition – always. The above worms were in good condition and were despatch on the same day for next day delivery. To report a problem you just let us know straight away and send a photo and we will always replace. This issue was mentioned 7 days after the worms arrived. The “poor stock” is referring to the size of the mealworms. Mealworms are sold by weight and we have two sizes regular and mini. Obviously if you have smaller worms you have more for your money and the same weight. Rob replied to the query and understood that you wanted to know if the next order was the same size and he explained they do vary. He is a lovely chap and mortified someone would think him rude, so I’m sorry that you feel this way. He was attempting to explain that there is a natural variation. We are a small company who take a pride in our service and in our products and I hope this helps clear things up. Sincerely Heather – Managing Director.

“I have a very old wormery and realised that there were not many worms left, so I ordered 250gms of live worms. It arrived very quickly and I put said worms into the top tray. They loved it and are producing the liquid fertiliser within a few days. One happy owner.”

“I have one of the old wormery, legs are a bit unstable but it is full of happy worms. I have always been happy with everything that I have purchased from you, also find helpful advice when on occasion, I have telephoned you. Goods always arrive in good condition and in good time. Thank you.”

“I set up a subscription for live mealworms for the robins every year through the breeding season. It always works perfectly and there are never problems when I stop it at the end of the summer. Lovely company to deal with and very efficient. They sell great quality products as well. Would recommend to anyone.”
