“The 200 garden worms that I ordered arrived as requested on the following day. Unfortunately the parcel arrived in a very distressed way as though it had been squashed under other heavier parcels in transit. I am currently keeping a close eye on the worms as I require them to last until a week on saturday. Parcel Force requested feedback about the delivery so I have informed them of the state of the parcel upon receipt.”

“Quick delivery. Easy to set up. Large bags of worm treat and anti-acid lime mix, with scoop and multipurpose jug container, and, of course lots of wiggling worms. Includes the booklet on how to use the wormery. Looks good too.”

“Having used this product for a few years now and have found no problems with the service and quality. I have used it to mix with grass cuttings also with chopped up apples, having five apple trees can be a nuisance now we have to collect fallers everyday, leaving some for the birds of course. At least the Complete Rot helps with the making of compost. Would recommend.”

“First time trying the Bokashi bran and impressed with how easy it is. Used a food bucket to get started to decide if it was worthwhile. Very pleased so will be ordering the kitchen containers once I can Bucket currently full and moved to the garage for a couple of weeks. Nice clear instructions and great getting rid of food scraps with no smell left in the kitchen.”

“I love my Green Johanna 330 Litre Hot Bin Composter. Ordering was simple. This is a replacement composter for me. My previous one was wooden. So I knew the funadamentals but I had a question which was easy to ask on line and I got a quick reply. Assembly was simple, although a few alignements were out. It is stylish and is not as obtrusive I I thought it might be. I would highly recommend.”

Dear Dave I’m really sorry you had a problem with the original lob worms. They are guaranteed to reach you in tip top condition. Very occasionally – and less than 1% of despatched there is a problem and particularly if the parcel gets too warm it can cause problems. We will replace these if you let me know that would be useful or refund. All best Heather (MD)
