" Bought boxed underwear as a gift for my daughter and 30 minutes later tried to exchange them for a different colour. Was told no refund or exchange although quite clearly they had not been opened or worn. Was not advised at time of purchase that refunds were not allowed. Very poor customer focus and won't be shopping there again. "
