" Terrible customer service. They are not systemized and organized same with souq.com They fake promises to deliver the item then when you follow up, they have a history of your request/query. They’re not align with souq. They have a problem organising their warehouse too as I was told the item needs to locate at the warehouse it would take 24hours. Like really? If you’re organise it wouldn’t take that much! "

" Terrible customer service, my order was supposed to arrive 7 days ago and i have been calling and following up with them for 3 days now with no help. Don't bother calling their customer service line as they keep you on hold for ages and then cut you off. Souq.com needs to get a better courier service. Now i have to go pick it up from their hub which is far away. "
