“ Paid for quick delivery 1-3 days but item was only sent to the courier after 6 days, appalling customer service on the phone - very agitated responses and didn't seem to care - had that not been the case I probably would have not given this review and just accepted that sometimes these things happen - overall item was late, terrible service in communication and would not recommend or use again. ”

“ I never understand this company I place my express Order £168.48 , the said overnights delivery , I call them after 4 days the said the driver should be at my house between Friday and Saturday , the don’t have online tracking , you don’t know where is your parcel, when is coming, Saturday there are closed on the phone ….. I think the lied to me , Monday I will cancelled the team and get my full refunds . ”

After 2 weeks after cancelling my order, I am still waiting for a refund. I never experienced so bad customer service. ”
