Returns - Difficult

A warning to anyone who might be thinking of purchasing from this company! AVOID at all costs. They were so helpful and friendly when taking my money but as soon as I needed to return an item things changed. Their after sales support has been atrocious!!! So far I’ve made 14 phone calls, 4 emails and received excuse after excuse after excuse! STILL awaiting refund 2 months after starting the returns process!

The returns process took a ridiculous 5 months, endless calls, and massive hassle.

I've paid for incorrect parts, paid for returns/shipping, and wasted significant time due to the website's errors.

ordered in good faith because item was shown as in stock. Didnt arrive and was then repeatedly told that it was "coming in Wednesday"! Month later, still no mirror so I ask for refund. They will not grant refund because shipment is imminent ?? Now I have to have it delivered and then request a returns form ? I wish I had read the previous reviews! Buyer beware and never again.

Just think it's a very poor service and was not my fault too and the mirrors weren't even posted so no returns to be made.

Pretty sure they are running their company illegally when people try and go through the returns process and are continually ignored! It's been about a month now and still no response from your returns department! I want my money back! Scammers

Fast delivery the first time supplied wrong side returns process long winded when they was at fault

Impressed with the whole service right up until I needed to send it back cos I ordered the wrong side. Filled in returns form over a week ago now and still waiting to hear back, very poor

Nothing, Very slow with refunds, Complied With the returns policy to the letter and it has been 12 days since the company received the parcel. NO REFUND RECiEVED YET
