“The knotweed was in a communal back area therefore all the owners had to agree on a mutually acceptable way forward. Everyone agreed that the WISE proposal was the best both in their solution to the problem and also in value. As owners it was important we employed a reputable company and had written information regarding their approach to tacking the issue and most importantly we received an insurance document in the event an owner wished to sell in the future. We have not been let down in our choice. Any questions we had at the beginning were dealt with promptly and efficiently. SInce beginning the work WISE have regularly kept us up to date by giving us comprehensive details of the treatment carried out. We would thoroughly recommend them.”

“So far the service we have received has been very good. The office staff were very helpful and good at explaining things we were unsure about. The specialist called when he said he would and explained about the knotweed”
