“Order still not recieved unfortunately, apparently delivered, but no calling card or anything. Parcel nowhere to be seen. 1 week on since contact with customer service I am still told it is with the warehouse to investigate. I will update this once/if anything progresses”

“We were excited to use that ring. When we were ready to try, opened the wrapper and switch on the vibrator, it was vibrating for 5 secs and died. Very disappointed:( . But i was going to order some other toys, now im hesitating. I hope customer can step in and keep their new customers.”

“Item along with all my personal details sent to the wrong person. I now have the intended persons personal details. Data breach followed by 1 day delay in replying to email, then asked to spend time returning items. As I had the personal details of the other person, we called and arranged to send each others parcels directly. I would not use again.”
