“I was very pleased with the level of service I received. My item arrived quickly and discreetly. The actual toy is good but the app is not the best. It works off blue tooth which I don't feel was made very clear on the description, this means it loses connection over a very short distance. Apart from that the overall experience of using this company was very positive.”

“The Shop itself is great, however the product malfunctioned. It appears to be fixed now but I am concerned it may happen again. The batteries where brand new however the product simply stopped working for a little while. Please advise?”

Please note that we do have a one-year full returns policy for faulty items so if the item does not work please drop us an email to customerservice@wapcs.co.uk and we'll advise you about our returns process and send you a freepost label. Please note that wireless eggs need to be stored in a twisted open position otherwise they'll drain the batteries by constantly trying to connect to the remote wirelessly. “We were excited to use that ring. When we were ready to try, opened the wrapper and switch on the vibrator, it was vibrating for 5 secs and died. Very disappointed:( . But i was going to order some other toys, now im hesitating. I hope customer can step in and keep their new customers.”
