“Not the biggest order - but impeccable service nonetheless I was looking for a pack of 22mm Junckers Oak flooring to patch an existing floor. Anna was brilliant and quick on to it. The warehouse located a few spare packs. The pallet with the single pack on it arrived a day earlier than promised. The warehouse manager clearly has had clearly many years experience sending out expensive flooring via courier networks - the packaging was excellent - 'courier-proof'. Outstanding. Thanks for solving my problem so well. Will use again.”
