“4**** I was frustrated that it was difficult to access the accommodation I wanted - the site seemed to think 4 people need 2 bedrooms but I wanted a three bedroom option - I managed it in the end. The new layout is otherwise clearer and easier 0 just what I wanted wasn't what I was initially offered!”
