“I had to speak to customer services whilst booking due to problems with my payment which were nothing to do with Woolacombe Bay but new security on my banking. The lady was so lovely and helped me to sort the problem. Nothing was too much hassle and she knew about the issue whereas I didn't.”

“Accommodation at beach haven lovely. Entertainment definitely improved in the daytime and great to have James Murphy productions on stage with the park entertainment staff in be our guest that was a great surprise. Music played for children still remains very dated 80s & 90s could really do with getting up to date. Nice to see more back on the menus now but would be really good to see a couple salads on there as a main option.”

“We love it we have been coming for 4 years now. Itd brill for the dog she had lots of walks on and of the park. She can go inside to eat. For us thats good. We carnt use the entertanment because she lot alowed in there. I think it would be good to have tables and chairs on the out side so we could sit out side but still hear what was going on.”
