Thanks for your review, and for booking with us. The deposit is £40 per week or short break in our accommodation, if you choose to add our optional but highly recommended Holiday Safeguard Scheme cover this is £20 per short break and £30 per week. As this cover is effective the moment you make your booking, the premium for the scheme is payable with your initial deposit. Hope that resolves any confusion. “It would be better if swimming didn’t need to be booked as we didn’t always no when we would be going swimming. The pool is quiet small but does what it needs to. More entertainment in the day could be done Lovely staff, friendly and helpful brilliant entertainment team. Halloween party was great fun all enjoyed kids and adults had such fun. Very clean We couldn’t fine the Slope to get the buggy down to the shop so had to keep lifting buggy. Really good the soft play is free We came in a large group and we did struggle a little getting swimming booked all together or getting enough tables to all sit together. Due to it being last weekend they did run out of a lot of alcohol so slightly disappointing. It would have been nice to go swimming on the last day before traveling home and not having to leave by 10am we were on a touring pitch. The pitches didn’t have any way to attach a rear awning as the van had to be pulled up with tow bar pointing towards roads. We had a lovely time and will be returning”
