“Easy to book online. Very straight forward to do. There parks are amazing, clean and tidy and staff are amazing too Best holidays I’ve ever had there”

“Easy and simple, only thing is it's not easy to look at what's available in all parks for dates I'm looking at. Lots of going back and forth cause all parks are great.”

“Woolacombe bay holiday was fantastic! Given the current global pandemic there were still plenty of activities to do; albeit all with restricted numbers but this made it all more enjoyable (not so cramped) and when i used the complimentary spa session i had the whole place to myself which was bliss! :) All activities were easily booked via your account. The park itself was clean with clear signage throughout with plenty of hand sanitising stations. The staff were friendly and the view of the coast from the park was outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay so much that we have rebooked for later in the year.”

“We live locally and use the park for short breaks frequently. Always enjoyed out stays here but can not say the same for our last stay. No-one used masks in the toilets not even the staff. The toilets and showers were a mess. The pool was a joke as at Easwell being a small pool there were at times 3 or 4 groups of people in the pool. Staff walked in looked and didn't say anything. We really want to return for more stays but our last visit has really made us doubt our return”

“We've been stating at Golden Coast since our kids were little, on and off for over 30 years. My wife holidayed there when she was little, over 50 years. We love it. I must say they've dealt with covid very well, however, the bowling was poor as we'd prebooked at £5each for a game. Now we had to pay 36..4 adults and 2 kids and we didn't finish our game, very poor. Also queuing to get in the evening could be better, esp in the rain. We got there at 8.15 but didn't get in till 9pm and the little ones missed the kids entertainment. Our bungalow was a good size, but the cleaners need to be more thorough. I spent my first 30 minutes cleaning the fridge. We are coming back though as we love it.”

“We have visited woolacoombe a number of times bay and golden coast both lovely the bay is our fave at the moment as the food is fantastic, and the staff are so helpfull and friendly. And the views are so beautiful”
