Hi Mr Ridge, We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with the online booking experience. Holiday Safeguard Scheme is included for all customers booking a holiday arriving in 2020 when the booking is made by 4th November 2019. Your Loyalty Discount is a separate promotion which gives an extra 10% off on top of our current best price, but it does not include any other additional benefits as it is already a large discount. Therefore we can confirm that it is correct that Holiday Safeguard Scheme is correctly chargeable for 2019 holidays. “images of the villas were all the same ...a surf board leaning against a wall in a lounge area. no other pics..and each villa had the same pic. the 360 view also wasnt right at times. i recommend you go through each and every picture and 360 yourself to check them”
