“By far our favourite holiday destination. The pools and facilities are excellent for children. Even with Covid restrictions it felt like they had done a really good job of providing an excellent holiday. We have re booked already. I hope some of the processes stay in place - the drive through check in and table service in particular were excellent. Please don’t open the bar again it’s so annoying if you’re sat on the tables near it and people are breathing and shouting all over you in the queue! My only two tiny suggestions for improvement would be that 40 minutes really isn’t long enough for a swim, after bothering to get changed it just isn’t worth it. I appreciate you have to give everyone chance but an hour would be so much better. Also the range of prizes for the tickets is a bit tacky, a chance to win a teddy bear would have gone a long way for our daughter and we would probably have spent a lot more as she isn’t really into the cheap plastic tack that was available. Having said that, as with everything else, your staff in the arcade were lovely and tried really hard to find stuff she liked. It’s a really lovely place for a holiday and we will be coming at least once, probably more next year.”
