“booking the holiday is very easy and pain free, however, the price is very misleading. You're showing a price for a holiday at the discounted price, no where at the start of the booking does it show what the price is before the discount is applied, this is only shown when you go to complete the booking. Having a voucher applied to my account for a holiday we couldn't attend this year would suggest that the price shown with discount and the voucher on the account would discount the holiday by around another £200, appears this is not the case and is very misleading and poor in that experience. You should at least have the full prices showing with a line through them before the discount is applied.”

“I have been coming to this holiday park since I was a baby some 50 plus years ago...twitchen house. We used to holiday here 3 or 4 times a year then even became friends with owners. My children holidayed here as children and we now visit every couple years.... Never loses its charm... Very special memories of Woolacombe and Morthoe”

“I phoned first to check a couple of details and the person I spoke to was extremely helpful and very friendly. I've been to Woolacombe Bay many times over the years and the warm welcoming atmosphere is one of the things which brings me back. The online booking process was very easy and didn't take long at all. Completely straightforward. I watched the Rudi video and it was very helpful, really put my mind at ease, and it was great to see someone else in shorts! We are really looking forward to coming back to North Devon this year. After all the sadness and strange times we've been living through, it's going to be a little bit of heaven.”

“Easy to use however it would be great if you could advise customers who want to book 2 or more caravans online to book them separately and include the booking reference in the special requests so they can be linked. It would save on a phone call to the booking team to be told how to do it.”

“Booking system online was very easy. We have not stayed at Woolacombe Bay park before but had our caravan at Easewell farm for a few years and have visited Twitchen house. Booked a weekend away with friends - our first since coronavirus- apprehensive but looking forward to being at Woolacombe again”
