“First class service by your operative Margaret. She went far beyond her remit to ensure the accommodation I was booking was suitable for purpose. I have mobility issues and require facilities to charge my mobility scooter. Margaret even took the trouble to have a look at the accommodation and confirmed that it was suitable. Booking made and I am looking forward to my 4day break. If the Park is as good as your operatives I am sure that I will not be disappointed. 10/10”
