“Stayed at Twitchen Park. Lovely site, good facilities. However I would not recommend this site or the Woolacombe Bay site for General Standard Campers. At Twitchen those of us who do not need electric hook-ups are given one field only at the top of the park. Great views, nice shower block (most of the time) but gets all the wind mother nature can throw at you. Out of interest looked around Woolacombe Bay site and their pitches were more sheltered by trees and bushes but didn't seem to be very spacious and the shower block seemed to be a bit of a walk away. Cannot comment on the other two sister sites re general camping but they both appeared to cater nicely for electric hook-ups!”

“The site is pretty good, offers all the necessary features, and makes it quite easy to get through the booking process. However, it tries to cram too much information into one space, with rollups and other over-complicated features. It would be nice to just be able to see the data that informs your decision without it getting mixed up in everything else. I find a simple gallery of the key, most enticing pictures is a good start, and if I want to dig into details of a particular feature, then I should be able to focus on that. One big gallery with filters for the categories just complicates things, I need to be wowed, and then enticed to look deeper. The only other negative is the account management process. It feels like the account section is too distinct from the rest of the website, you almost feel like you're visiting a separate place to view your saved searches and partial bookings, it would be far better if it felt more integrated. Major positive though, the "chat now" feature is fantastic, I even got to chat with someone at 8:30pm, and she was very polite and helpful. I think you're the only site I've seen with this feature, excellent!”
