“Love going to Woolacombe and have been going there most years for about 13 years, I was a little disappointed that the price had increased by quite a lot in about two weeks as looked at the same holiday about two weeks before and the price was considerably less, I clicked on the same email offering up too 20% discount with a possible further 5% off, this seemed to have disappeared when I booked it today?”

Thank you for booking but we're sorry to read of your disappointment, Mr Tallack. Our prices, as well as the availability, are only valid for the duration of the enquiry whether it's a quote online or by phone. Demand for holidays in the UK and the West Country, in particular, shows no sign of slowing down, in fact it is increasing and in any "normal" year we have certrain tranches of breaks that can be sold at different discounts. We have been encouraging customers to book as early as possible with our low deposit and free amends promise of small commitment and maximum flexibility. This is also something we have been repeating frequently in our email marketing reminders. We do always try to ensure that our breaks are competitively priced also and we undertake regular competitor price checking to ensure that we are offering the best value for money in some of the newest accommodation of any holiday park in the country in an amazing location. We do look forward to welcoming you to Woolacombe Bay for your next amazing break.

“At the address stage of booking the programme would not go any further, after multiple tries using different search engine gave up . Completed next day on edge on different computer, I was about to phone if it hadn’t gone through and this was using address selected from drop down menu so not me entering wrong . Other than that was easy online”
