“I can't rate the stay yet but I'm very pleased with the booking process. We were given the option to cancel our holiday in the summer without charge (even though they were open) and so have rebooked for summer 2021. The easy process, including the credit refund, has made a stressful experience much less stressful, and as we've booked so far in advance we've also been able to upgrade for the same price. Looking forward to our family trip next summer now!”

“We have been going to Woolacombe a few times a year for the last 12 yrs both camping and staying in their mobile homes and we have stayed at 3 of the parks. All parks have the same high standard. Cleanliness in the homes is high any problems are sorted straight away. Staff are lovely and friendly. Facilities vary from park to park so the fact you can park hop is amazing. We managed to visit twice this year, everything was in place for social distancing and we felt perfectly safe. Well done!!! See you in May.”
