Need to make it clearer about choosing a plot. Not able to expand map on phone to see where plots are .

Only stayed at one park so far which was Twitching house, was very hassle free. Club house could of done with more seating for entertainment. Also not many places to access cash and that became a problem when the card readers went down. Apart from that a pleasant holiday.

The parks are great but the booking experience wasn't. I tried on my phone but I entered all of my card details and it kept saying enter details but I had! In the end I phoned and the advisor was really nice and hrlpful but it costs more to book on the phone so i got the computer out and then it was easy.

It was easy enough to book, but wish it had a Map of the areas on the site also, so you could see a rough idea of the area you were booking within the compound.

Thanks for your review and for booking with us. Usually if you're arriving on a Friday or Monday you can choose your location from a map after you have chosen your Park and accommodation grade. However, when availability is down to just a few Holiday Homes in each type, this option is not available because the Park needs to be able to manage its booking allocations for the final few units. As you have booked one of our most "in demand" accommodation types on a school holiday date, this will be why the option was not available when you made your booking. We hope you look forward to your break, it's going to be awesome in definitely our best caravans! ^kd, social media team

Easy to use , not happy about the fact that to begin with you put how many adults , children and pets etc , and here's your price . Then at the end it's , by the way it's another £30 per pet ! Say so at the beginning!

Hi, Thank you for choosing us for your holiday and for your review. Our online booking engine was not built to work as you described in your review, and having followed the same process you made to make your booking online, we did find a bug at one stage when the applicable Special Offers and payment terms are displayed. The initial price shown when choosing the Park, accommodation category and accommodation type all correctly included the actual cost of bringing the pet, however a coding error meant that this was no included in the prices displayed at the Special Offers stage although it correctly added in at the advertised rates before. We do not know when this changed and why, your review was the first and only mention we have received about it. We have now tested and deployed a fix to this bug which is now live on our website. As a gesture to thank you for bringing this to our attention, we have removed the charge from one of your two pets on the booking and sent you a revised confirmation showing the reduced balance.
