“I like Woolacombe Bay Holiday Parks. As you can see I have visited your sites in Woolacombe on a number of occasions. The caravans are clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly. I do still believe that your booking process on special deals is misleading and clearly designed to increase sales as the fact that the special deal is only available if you pay within one month if you want the best value deal and this is not advised to the customer until the last minute on the booking form. As a regular user I would have thought that this could be done in a better way. Frank”
