“We had a fantastic time, as always. The site is very clean and the staff are very friendly. One lady even recognised us from previous visits! The only negative from this stay, was the 2 hour wait for food on saturday night. We could see the bar and waiting staff were extremely busy, but it seemed as though take away orders took precedence over sit down meals. Surely it should be the other way around? The children were extremely hungry by 8pm when the food eventually arrived. Other than that, we had a brilliant time, and are back in 4 weeks time.”

“Stayed at several of the sites, and visited a 3rd during part of the holiday, and found them to be fantastic. Sites are clean, and well run, with friendly staff that are always happy to help or provide information. Stayed at Golden Coast, Woolacombe bay, and visited Twitchen.”

“We have been coming here for the past 12 years without fail as a family , we always love it and will always come back at least once a year , this year is the first year we have upgraded to the jacuzzi platinum caravan and can honesty say we will book this every year in the future , the caravan was spotless and really can’t fault anything”

“I had to give 3 stars due to the insistence of App use. If you wanted to book anything you HAD to download the APP, so we missed out of lots of things due to not having a compatible phone and not wanting to download apps. So meals and lots of activities were taken off site which were easier to obtain. Accommodation good, Never used facilities due to having to book via the app :-( . Not sure if this is temporary or a permanent feature now, but it was limiting.”
