“Went through to book what was advertised as villa which is ground floor and first floor no below villa or above, we usually book lodges and villa with pet!!! Went through and paid was confirmed as first floor villa and as disabled unable to use. Unable to get hold of anyone due to busy periods after lockdown.”

“Recently booked our holiday at woolacombe for the summer. The booking experience was straight forward and easy. I did however have questions and made several calls, with covid19 related queries, that Nicole and Martha were more than happy to answer. What they assured me was that if covid19 stops the holiday from happening, they will provide a full refund. Or reschedule/postpone booking. Remember book online save another £10.00! Also checkout their Facebook page, which does have more videos and pictures of the latest new accommodation. Which helped with making our mind up with the booking.”
