Hi Mrs Fowler, Holiday Safeguard Scheme is included free of charge when you book at the moment; it shows at the start of the search and on the summary screen before booking it is listed as included. So nothing to worry about there. As it's free of charge and automatically applied, there wasn't any button to press to add it on. “Always great fun, staff are friendly and helpful with great facilities We’ve stayed quite a few time now, only comment would be that access to the caravans can be tricky depending on the caravan, not suitable for the elderly who are unstable. Definitely not standard step height nor DDA compliant.”
