“We have visited the holiday park before through the sun booking, which was a long drawn out procedure in which I never really knew what I'd paid who for and what more was required, this time we wanted an easier way to book and so we did it directly, so much simpler and now I know what is still outstanding and when it needs to be paid, happy days!!”
