“I only sent for one card but wish I had bought more! I certainly will next time. The card is lovely and even nicer than on the photo. Delivery and packaging very good. I liked the little message which came from you with the card! Thank you.”

We're so pleased that you liked your card :) All our cards are designed in-house and we have a wonderful team who hand-embellish and pack up each and every one! It's very important to us that our cards reach our customers safely and securely. “The item matched the product I viewed on line, which is especially important since colour schemes matter. The paper I ordered was high quality & a beautiful design. I ordered in the Christmas break, but my order was immediately dispatched upon their return & arrived promptly. I was especially pleased with the packaging as I was worried the paper might be folded or bent, but it arrived in cellophane packaging within a rigid cardboard envelope & was well preserved. I'd be very pleased to order from wowvow again!”

We're very sorry that you have not received your order yet. We're not sure if you saw the notification on checkout regarding our Christmas shutdown. While you placed your order on 29.12.20 it was dispatched on 6.1.21 which was the first day we were open after the Christmas break. After you contacted us this morning we have provided you with the tracking information. Unfortunately, although your order was posted RM24 hour, Royal Mail has significant delays with their services. This is due to the increased demand experienced by all delivery providers. In addition, we are aware that many Royal Mail employees are ill or isolating which is restricting services in some areas. We too are disappointed that you have not yet received your order and we will continue to monitor the tracking. If you have any further concerns please contact us by email or phone and we will do our best to help.
