“I find Wowvow brilliant to use. I use them regularly and find the website easy to use and check out user friendly and fast. Also Wnek I have had a query the staff are so helpful and nice. And I look forward to the sweet as I open the package. And super fast delivery.”

“Easy to navigate website. Lots of choice and helpful information. Items beautifully and carefully packaged. The only negative was the delivery cost was quite high. It would put me off paying £10 for an order and having to pay £4.99 postage.”

Thank you very much for your kind review and for giving us five stars despite your concerns about postage. You were charged £4.99 as your order came to over £25 but for orders between £10 and £25 our charge for 1st class Royal Mail is £3.99. Of course we understand that postage can vary greatly from shopping site to shopping site but we hope that our products and service will always be what we are remembered for. We do hope we can be of service again.

“I cannot thank this company enough! It’s a small thing at first glance but i’m so grateful. I ordered an enamel birthday girl badge yesterday for my daughter’s 11th birthday but quickly realised that it may not arrive in time. After sending an email to explain my epic mum fail the staff were amazing and sent out the badge immediately which I have already received. It’s a big thing for my daughter as her birthday is going to be fairly low key due to her starting her SATs exams the next day. She was worried that everyone would forget at school but now she can wear her badge - which is incidentally beautiful and not too girlie for her as she is a real tweenager :-) I’m certain the badge will bring her lots of luck for her exams next week. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future.”
