Thanks so much for your feedback. Yes, if we can tell a customer might have trouble identifying all the cardstock they have purchased, we do pop in a little list, so pleased it proved useful :)

Hello! We are so pleased that you are so happy with your purchases, your window looks stunning! :) We remember the order as someone commented how pretty everything was so we see you chose Priority Shipping, a dispatch service we offer which means, if the order is placed before noon it will be dispatched the same day with a courier which we did. The Parcelforce 24 service aims to deliver within 1-3 days so that accounts for the extra day's wait. We do hope you will shop with us again and thank you so much for giving us 5 stars, we really appreciate this :)

“I have used this company many times for all things required to make wedding invitations and menu cards in large numbers. The products are always good quality and the packaging and delivery is excellent, plus if you need to contact them by phone or e-mail they are very helpful”

“I was very disappointed as I ordered what I believed to be folded cards and in error ordered flat cards. You would not allow me to return them and they are of no use to me so I wasted just over £15-00. However, the lady I spoke to Sarah was extremely pleasant and helpful”

Hello Rosetta We are so sorry you're disappointed. As all our pocket folds, wallets, creased cards, flat cards (in many different shapes and sizes) are available in hundreds of card colour options we cannot carry pre-cut stock and instead cut to order. We do highlight that these products are made to order and are non-returnable which is why we couldn't take them back I'm afraid. We do hope the flat cards you ordered come in handy for something and that we can be of service in the future. We are always happy to advise and guide customers and Sarah will really appreciate your kind comments.

“I ordered 14 swatch packs from Wowvow, they were sent out quickly and received soon after as they were sent through Royal Mail 24-hour tracked. Everything was well packaged, each swatch pack was sealed and bagged together in a branded bag and then in strong, suitably sized cardboard packaging. A good first impression. Nothing got damaged and has given me confidence in ordering from them again.”
