“I bought a roll of green sparkly ribbon, which is beautiful as on the picture. Colour is also as expected. I received my orden in no time and I am very pleased with the customer service so far. Regarding the webside of the company I was a bit disappointed, my searches did not get to the results I was looking for. For example I was looking for yellow ribbon and had a lot of other colours coming up.”

Thank you for lots of things! Firstly for ordering with us, secondly for your kind comments about your order, our customer service and the ribbon and thirdly for your feedback. Without feedback we can't always be sure how well, or not, we're doing from our customers points of view. Regarding your 'search' it is most likely that, because the search term had 'ribbon' in it it also started to bring up other colours. We are always trying hard to improve our customer experience so will make sure your comments are noted and we'll see how we can improve our search facility. We must also thank you very much for giving us a five star rating, it really means a lot to us :)

“Found this company by chance a couple of years ago and now won't go anywhere else for embellishments or ribbons for wedding stationery. The products are always well packaged and delivered within a couple of days. Definitely recommend.”

“Had the specific color of paper I needed to complete a papercraft project. Fast shipping. Came carefully packaged. Just what I wanted. They also left a note wishing me a happy new year! Would purchase from them again!”

“I ordered a handmade birthday card for my daughter, it is wonderful and delicately done. The way it was delivered was absolutely lovely, making sure it wouldn't get damaged with the diamante on the front.
