“In spite of my business is positioned in Europe (Denmark) and all the troubles Brexit causes in that respect, it is absolutely worth the effort. The products are first class quality.”

If we cannot do this straight away, we always take the details so we can phone back. If the best person to help with a specific enquiry is unavailable we make sure they know how their expertise is needed they will always assist as soon as possible :)

“On this occasion I am not entirely happy but it is probably more to do with An Post in Ireland. I ordered card 10/8/21 for delivery to Ireland. The card reached Dublin on 12/8/21. I was prompted to pay customs which I did but the package is still with An Post in Dublin. I wasn't given a DPD option when I ordered and had I been given the option I would have chosen that delivery method. As a result of the delay I have missed my deadline and now I have to order mirror card again from a different source.”
