Cannot tell you how awful they are with a simple problem of accessing my account, which descended into such pathetic service that I was nearly happy to walk away from $4k rather than deal with them!

If you need to talk with someone FORGET about it. You get placed in a waiting line for 30 to 50 minutes. You end up hanging up, tired of waiting. I need to close my accounts and to talk to someone about it and have no clue where to start, but I am trapped because I can 't talk with anyone.

“the worst and dishonest trading company that I ever have had the misfortune of dealing with. They are, in my mind, criminals. I requested a withdrawal of £100,000 from my account. Within about 4 hours, the withdrawal had been put back into my account. Then my account was traded illegally with 11 trades taken and losing all the money.
