Ordered shoes for a birthday present with 3-5 days delivery. A week later hadn’t received a depsatcg email so after 4 attempts to get some clarity on live chat I was eventually told there was no stock and I need to wait until they have stock but order may be cancelled. Absolutely no information other than this and still not able to get refund. Ridiculous customer service

Paid for next day delivery but didn't turn up. Asked for it to be delivered the next day and it was returned to office.
I asked for a refund and was told when the trainers are returned I will get a refund, now into week 3 and no sign of a refund.
Poor customer service would not recommend.

Customer service is awful. Click and collect order, I never collected as the shoes wasn't needed anymore but got marked as collected and won't give me a refund. No proof that I 'collected', looks like an employee had a nice new pair of shoes.

An absolute joke of a company! Avoid at all costs. Not only sent the wrong size shoes. They didn't even refund me the right amount and then charged me to send them back after they got it wrong in the first place!

Pure theft!!! I returned 3 pairs of shoes in the same package and only received a refund for 2 of the pairs. The remaining pair was £110, they have said that as they were not added back into their stock system they cannot refund it, this is their error and they are passing the monetary cost onto their customers. This is absolutely unacceptable!!
