Now UPS is trying to contact them to get a returns' fee sorted, and OFFICE are not replying to them.

So I went onto the ‘returns section’ on their website and clicked to request a ‘returns label’ which was emailed over to me immediately attaching a ‘Yodel Returns Label’ to print off & attach to my parcel I wanted to return.

I should have read customer’s previous reviews, as I too, having been scammed by them as over 2 months ago, I ordered online a pair of ‘Ugg Boots’ but they were too big so I was emailed a ‘Yodel returns label’ to print off and attach to my parcel, which I did & returned my parcel for a refund, in the exact box & packaging via my local Yodel collection/drop-off store & have now been accused by ‘Office’ customer Services, of sending something else in a box with Chinese stickers!.

A week later, I was furious to discover that despite my clearly writing on the returns form that I want to refund because I have been sent the wrong boots and taking the box for a refund, I was being sent out the correct pair.

Got doc Martin’s in December as present, after lockdown tried to return when shops opened didn’t have receipt, told by staff to bring bank statement in Did this but it was slightly out of returns date (even though I wasnt advised this) and they wouldn’t return them! Wouldn’t let me speak to customer service.

Cant believe in this day and age that Office is still charging for returns, what a rip off! If I'm buying online, what am I supposed to do if the shoes don't fit? And to top it all off they still haven't even refunded me the right amount, it says the cost of returns is £2.

Received an office gift card for Xmas, nearest office store is 30+ miles from me so I had a browse online, found a couple of pairs of trainers I liked, went to check out and like most websites expect to be able to pay part gift card part bank account payment but no you’re made to top up your gift card (leaving you tied to spending your money with them if items are unsuitable/faulty), as it turned out one of them was unsuitable as well as being in a damaged box and again where a lot of companies offer free returns, not this company.
