Returned a pair of shoes on 31st May via Yodel then heard nothing for 10 days so contacted Office customer service. They said they had not received the package and could I provide return receipt which I did. They said they would contact Yodel and get back to me in 48hrs. Heard nothing! So I emailed again and was asked again to provide return receipt!
Still waiting! Come on Office customer service get you act together!

Paid for next day delivery but didn't turn up. Asked for it to be delivered the next day and it was returned to office.
I asked for a refund and was told when the trainers are returned I will get a refund, now into week 3 and no sign of a refund.
Poor customer service would not recommend.

I’m giving one star as the shoe I received was scuffed had stains on them and even my other item I didn’t receive contacted customer service and the offered 10% I paid almost £300
Will not be buying again the person that took this was Alice no help at all

Customer service is awful. Click and collect order, I never collected as the shoes wasn't needed anymore but got marked as collected and won't give me a refund. No proof that I 'collected', looks like an employee had a nice new pair of shoes.

I bought a pair of shoes online advertised as ladies. When I got them they were too small and too tight. Looking inside they’re labelled girls. Despite sending 4 emails they are not interested in customer service and I have to pay to return these children’s I will NEVER buy from this company again. Shocking lack of interest in customers.

Spent months trying to get this sorted out There is no phone number to speak to anyone at customer services.

Only half the order was sent. Was on chat waiting for hours with no reply. Sent email, messages etc and no answer.
I have submitted a complaint through PayPal and am hoping they will resolve the problem.

Worst customer service I have ever come accross. Would avoid this company like the plague
I contacted them via email. Tried live chat it wasn’t working, nobody answers the phone so I had to drive 50 mins after they sent me the complete wrong package and it only had one shoe in it.
The staff I have spoken to have been most unhelpful and this company is a scam
